A Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Phoenix home has been sold for $2.38 million.

According to the Phoenix Business Journal, the home had two buyers drop their bid in the past month, but the third time was the charm.

The buyer said they intend to transfer the property to a non-profit group that will restore, maintain and operate the house.

The buyer is remaining anonymous.
