PHOENIX -- A hazardous-material spill has restricted traffic on westbound Interstate 10 in Casa Grande near State Route 287.
Liquid nitrogen is on the roadway.
The early Thursday morning accident has blocked two westbound lanes and one eastbound lane, according to Arizona Department of Transportation.
