A 2-year-old girl was pulled out of a Glendale pool on Wednesday, the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office said in a release.

It is unclear how long the girl was in the pool, located in the backyard of a home near 7500 N. 109th Dr.

It is believed the girl crawled through a doggy door before falling in the pool, which is not fenced.

The girl is alert.
