Crews battling 2-alarm fire at a Tucson strip mall
TUCSON, Ariz. -- Firefighters are battling a two-alarm blaze at a strip mall in Tucson.
Authorities say the fire broke out about 3 p.m. Monday at the mall, which is across the street from Freedom Park.
They say about 20 businesses have been evacuated because of the fire.
There are no immediate reports of any injuries and no word yet on how the fire started.
Tucson police have shut down the eastbound and westbound lanes on 29th Street between Swan and Rosemont Avenue.
