Several collisions have caused the US 60 westbound by Mill Avenue to experience heavy delays on Saturday night.

The Arizona Department of Transportation reported the multiple accidents near Priest and Mill.

Traffic was moving again for a short time before reports of crashes at McClintock and Rural have again caused several lanes to be blocked.

Drivers are advised to avoid the area and find an alternate route.

    that driving becomes more dangerous this time of year with all the "Snow Birds" on the roadways. Can't wait for the 100+ temps to come back so the "birds" fly back north.

    That section of the 60 has always been a problem. Out of owners don't get how that transition works and panic changing lanes while the 60 funnels into less lanes. Civil highway engineers need to address either better signage or an alternate way of building that section of the interchange.
