A vast majority of Valley drivers can expect a construction-free weekend, but one area will experience a few delays.
• Grand Ave. will be down to one lane in both directions between 71st and 84th avenues from 7 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday for pavement improvements.
• 75th Ave. will be closed in both directions at Grand Ave. from 7 p.m. to 8 a.m. on both Friday and Saturday nights and from 7 p.m. Sunday to 5 a.m. Monday for pavement improvements.
• Peoria Ave. will be closed at Grand Ave. from from 7 p.m. to 8 a.m. on both Friday and Saturday nights and from 7 p.m. Sunday to 5 a.m. Monday for pavement improvements.
