PHOENIX -- Police says a suspected drunken driver in a minor Phoenix accident ended up later injuring several people and dragging another person to his death.

Authorities say 66-year-old Jesus Jimenez was killed Saturday after police say he tried to talk to a suspected drunken driver following a fender bender. Police say the driver, identified as 20-year-old Isaac Richard Quesada, took off and dragged Jimenez several hundred feet.

According to authorities, Quesada then swerved into oncoming traffic and struck another car.

Police say Jimenez was taken to a nearby hospital and later died from his injuries.

Quesada has been charged with several crimes including manslaughter and aggravated assault.

It was unclear if Quesada had an attorney.
