Only you would think this thuggery is limited
to Mexico, redcav. Actually, Phoenix appears to be turning into Ohio. "Man reaches plea deal in Ohio frat party shootings: YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (AP) - 1 of the suspects charged in a northeast Ohio fraternity house shooting that killed one person and wounded 11 has pleaded guilty in a deal with prosecutors. They alleged 21-year-old Mark Jones of Youngstown gave his brother a gun that was fired into the house near Youngstown State University in February 2011. "
