PHOENIX -- Phoenix police are trying to identify a man who apparently broke into a home and tied up a woman inside.

Police said a neighbor called and said they saw a person hiding in the bushes and then heard a window break early Friday.

Sgt. Steve Martos said arriving officers found a home near Chandler Boulevard and 32nd Street with a broken window. When no one opened the door they went in through the window.

Once inside they found a woman tied up on her bed. She was unable to tell officers what happened.

Martos said the only description of the suspect is a man in his mid-20s.
