listen Listen: Debate Letter Grades
Mac & Gaydos, along with Bruce and Karie grade tonight's Presidential Debate.

The grades are in from KTAR's "Talk the Vote," and it looks like Republican candidate Mitt Romney passed the first debate test better than President Barack Obama.

Overall, our hosts felt that Romney was better prepared for the debate and was always ready with an answer, while Obama seemed bored at times, but the debate, in itself, was underwhelming.

Mac Watson (Mac & Gaydos): Romney C-, Obama C-

"I don't think Mitt Romney won, I think Obama didn't do enough."

Larry Gaydos (Mac & Gaydos): Romney B, Obama D

"This is as good of a job as Mitt Romney can do. [Obama] sounded bored."

Bruce St. James (Bruce St. James Show): Romney B, Obama C

"Romney, tonight, knew the answers and had a retort to everything the president said. I don't think it was a huge difference, but I think it was average at best."

Karie Dozer (Karie & Chuck): Romney B+, Obama C+

"Mitt Romney had the answers and Obama is just better at writing the essay."

Obama doesn't like being called out
He gets to uncomfortable when he has to answer for his actions or lack thereof. It was good to see Romney define himself tonight.

out of 10 i'd give romney 10 and obama 9. Arguably one of the least interesting debates i've ever seen. RIP Big Bird :(...never mind who am i kidding Romney has a better chance being elected president of Sesame Street than of the united states.

    Lights too bright?
Why was Romney blinking so much? Too much mascara? Lights too bright? It was very noticeable.

    Al Gore
I just heard Al Gore blame the Denver altitude for Mr. Obama's luster debate performance in the debate. Are you freakin kidding me? I'm REALLY trying to listen to both sides...but all I'm hearing from the left right now are excuses. And poor ones at that.

    Where was Obama last night?
I can only assume he thought he could wing it like he has the last four years. Now you'll hear the Left cry out that the debate was racist.

If you still think Obama is the best choice
perhaps you belong on Sesame Street with the puppets. At least there you can live in government subsidized la la land.

A winner, Romney would be it? How stupid are you guys? Romney gave him a beat down, similar to the Hulkster taking out Rowdy, Ronnie Piper! I can't believe I just invoked a wrestling analogy. What and the HEdouble hockey sticks were you morons at KTAR watching?

It's ok to admit you made a mistake in 2008
The American people have been duped. We are victims of an organized campaign to give legitimacy to a fable.
