A rollover accident caused big delays on the Loop 202 during rush hour on Tuesday.
An oil tanker rolled over near 24th St. about 5:30 p.m., blocking two lanes in each direction.
Drivers were asked to avoid the area and use Interstate 10 as an alternative route.
