Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer endorses President Obama at Republican National Convention

Just one day after announcing Arizona's support of Mitt Romney, which included several blunders of its own, Arizona's Governor Jan Brewer accidentally let slip the support for Romney's opposition.

In talking with a reporter from MSNBC Wednesday night she was describing how she wants someone in Washington to do something about Arizona's border with Mexico.

The answer started in the wrong direction as she mentioned the current president, Barack Obama, as the one she wanted to be elected come November.

I know that if President Obama is elected in November, which I hope that he is, that he will be able to come together with all of us and come up with a solution and I believe he will secure our borders and therefore we can resolve all those other issues, it's a simple matter.

Listen and watch below -- the 1:20 mark is when her answer begins. Far below is the story, in photos, of Obama's visit to Arizona in January, when he and Brewer had a confrontation on the tarmac at the airport in Mesa.
