TUCSON, Ariz. - Authorities say two men are in custody for allegedly setting a vacant warehouse on fire on Tucson's south side last month.

Tucson police say 34-year-old Eduardo West and 40-year-old Cruz Baumea were arrested on suspicion of arson of an occupied structure and criminal damage.

The July 30 fire caused an undetermined amount of damage to the warehouse. There were no reported injuries.

Police say West was arrested Aug. 1 and Baumea was taken into custody the next day.

They remain held in the Pima County jail.

It was unclear Tuesday whether either man has a lawyer yet.
