The Supreme Court has held off issuing a ruling today on Arizona's controversial SB 1070 immigration law.

The announcement could come Monday or next Thursday, the final opportunity before court adjourns for summer break.

SB 1070 went into partial effect in July 2010. The lower court blocked several key components of the law, including the section that requires law enforcement in Arizona to ask suspected criminals or traffic violators about their immigration status.

The justices issued opinions on four other cases Thursday. An opinion on the Affordable Care Act also was withheld.

Chances?? of what? illegal aliens losing the battle to live here illegally and soak the tax payers of our dollars any longer?? Will celebrate with some "Tequila" when the Supremes uphold SB1070. Expect I-10 heading West to Cali bumper to bumper with Ford F-150's and Chevy 1500 trucks from the 80's, tires that don't fit and plenty of them pulled over from the duct tape not holding together the suspension.
