In the middle of President Barack Obama's speech on the new immigration policy the president was interrupted by an unknown person.

That person has been identified as Neil Munro, a writer at The Daily Caller.

Earlier in the day, before Obama made his speech, Munro had an entry titled, Obama administration tries to downplay impact, muffle public opposition to amnesty move.

The president didn't appreciate being interrupted and told Munro he would answer his question when he was finished speaking. He did that and then walked off.

[UPDATE: 1:00 p.m.] The Daily Caller releases a statement in regards to the exchange of Neil Munro and President Barack Obama

Watch the interruption below.

The majority of the American people
support the Dream Act. Poll after poll has shown that. (look if up, lazy nativists). Please respect the President of the US when he delivers a speech, regardless who he is...end of story. But...what can we expect of the radical right and their lack of civility?

Oh' he answered, he said "it was the right thing to do, the right thing to do for the American people" that was in responce to why he chose to give jobs to foreigners over Americans? I think we can all disagree on that!

I do not agree with hecklers nor do I support anyone heckling the President but were you vocal about the constant heckling that George Bush went through? He couldn't attend a public speaking engagement without trouble makers trying to interrupt him.

The "President" showed the American CITIZENS no respect when he made this "Executive" decision. Why should we show him any?

The left has been doing it for years. The right starts to do it and now it's a problem. Everyone needs to grow up, show some respect even if you don't agree with the other side. Maybe for once listen to what the other side has to say too.

    Not the Act..
But the way it was done. Our government is setup a certain way so that laws down get ram rodded down our throats. This law if not done right can be very damaging and pretty much set up for amnesty for any and everyone. We live in a republic not a monarchy. Laws are not meant to be put into effect by executive order and especially not one like this.
