PRESCOTT, Ariz. - A naturopathic doctor in northern Arizona is in custody for alleged sexual misconduct with a teenage girl.
Prescott police say 39-year-old Randy Spicer was arrested Wednesday and booked into the Yavapai County Jail. He's being held on suspicion of luring a minor for sexual exploitation and two counts of sexual conduct with a minor.
Police say they information Monday that Spicer allegedly had sexual conduct with a 15-year-old girl about two weeks ago.
The girl told detectives that she was a patient of Spicer and allegedly had sexual contact with him during two of her visits last month at his medical business in Prescott.
Police say Spicer was interviewed and allegedly admitted to having sexual contact with the teen. It was unclear Wednesday night whether Spicer has a lawyer yet.
