Double shooting at west Phoenix park kills one

PHOENIX — A shooting at Dust Devil Park in west Phoenix Thursday night claimed the life of one victim and left another hospitalized, Phoenix Police say.
A suspect fled the scene of the shooting on foot, northbound, but remains outstanding, though a perimeter of the area has been setup by police and a K-9 search is underway.
The park, located near 106th Avenue and Camelback Rd., contained witnesses at the time of shooting and some of whom trailed him away from the scene.
Information about those involved in the shooting is currently unknown.
