Main Street Minute: City of Scottsdale hiring for variety of jobs

• The City of Scottsdale is hiring youth sports coaches, referees and lifeguards. Other openings are for software engineers, maintenance workers and human resources director. Experience in the applicable fields is required.
• Walmart is hiring for the Sunnyslope-neighborhood store, which is expected to open in the summer. There will be 95 positions. Applicants can visit the hiring center at Dunlap and Central avenues in Phoenix weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or apply online.
• P.F. Chang’s is hiring at its north Scottsdale headquarters. Open positions are for human resources leader, director of business intelligence and accounts payable specialist. All positions are full-time. Applicants must have proper certification.
