What’s it like to sell Arizona?

Attempting to sell refrigerators to Eskimos is always used to demonstrate an exercise in futility, a giant waste of time.

Ah, but selling sunshine, now that’s a different story. Add unlimited golf and pretty soon you’ve got a veritable invasion of tourist Eskimos. It’s a lot harder than just depending on Arizona’s climate to attract visitors.

You still need an attractive budget to entice the snowbound East Coasters to our state. And it’s not a bad idea to have spectacular events like major golf tournaments, the annual Fiesta Bowl and this year, the Super Bowl.

Meet the salesperson who spends her days selling sunshine, citrus, Sedona and all that is Arizona.
