Wednesday on suspicion of use of a minor in a criminal syndicate, taking the
identity of another person, fraud scheme and forgery.
Her bond was set Thursday at $25,000. Pacheco doesn’t have an attorney yet.
Pacheco allegedly paid teens to sell the fraudulent coupons in the name of the
organization Students Against Destructive Decisions.
Police said the coupon offers weren’t authorized by the companies displayed.
The scheme unraveled when a teen tried to sell the fraudulent items to SADD’s
Police said Pacheco was found in possession of more than 80 coupon books that
displayed the SADD trademarked name and logo.
