Scottsdale dad wins $1M for Super Bowl Doritos ad

PHOENIX — Scottsdale videographer Ryan Andersen feels like a million bucks after a weekend in New York at the Super Bowl.
Andersen won the grand prize — $1 million — Monday for the Doritos ad “Time Machine” he created that aired during the NFL title game. His video was the fan favorite in online voting.
The announcement was made live on “Good Morning America.”
Andersen was one of two finalists for the big money. The video he shot that featured his son aired during the first quarter. The runnerup was Amber Gill of Southern California, whose “Cowboy Kid” aired during the fourth quarter.
