PEORIA — With the help of surveillance photos and anonymous tips, the Peoria Police Department was able to arrest two men Friday night in connection with an armed robbery that occurred on June 7.
At 8:00 p.m Friday night, detectives located 26-year-old Brandon Mitchell and his accomplice 46-year-old Rodger Burton at a residence in Phoenix, and according to a spokesperson with the Peoria PD, both were taken into custody without incident.
Based on their investigation, detectives believe Mitchell and Burton were watching ATMs on the night of June 7 and saw the unidentified woman taking money out of the machine.
