The Arizona Diamondbacks rank as the 19th most valuable team in the majors.
According to Forbes, the Diamondbacks are currently worth $584 million. In 2012, the Diamondbacks accrued $195 million in revenues and totaled an operating income of $7.6 million.
The organization hopes to transfer Maricopa County’s $354 million ownership of Chase Field to Phoenix. This would provide the team with augmented control over the stadium and its management.
