Rusconi’s American Kitchen is named after owner and chef, Michael Rusconi. Formerly a chef at LON’s at the Hermosa Inn, Chef Rusconi found himself at the intersection of Tatum and Shea in the strip mall amongst other chain restaurants. He is making a name for himself as a local eatery serving American cuisine with added hints of ingredients found only in the Valley.
Pat McMahon sat down with the chef to talk about the American tailored food and found out how he ended up at one of the busiest intersections in Phoenix.
