This may have been a case of road rage that ended in the death of 22 year old Alexcia Salsberry. This happened on Sunday, February 27th, 2011 at about 2 a.m.
“Alexcia was the passenger and her girlfriend was driving the vehicle when they pulled into a parking lot near 51st Avenue and McDowell,” said Phoenix Police Sergeant, Darren Burch.
Sergeant Burch said they were followed into the parking lot by a man in a white Ford Expedition with dark running boards and wheel well moldings.
Words were exchanged. The suspect fired a shot as he drove out of the parking lot, striking and killing Alexcia who was in the front passenger seat.

Our next case happened on December 9th, 2011 just before 8 p.m. at the apartment of 29 year old Daniel Encinas and his father.
Sgt. Burch said, “There was a knock on the door and Daniel’s dad answered it. The suspect asked for Daniel by name.”
Dad turned to ask Daniel if he knew the guy and that’s when the man opened fire, shooting and killing Daniel right in front of his father.
Police are hoping someone who knew Daniel will also know why someone would want to harm him.
