This weekend's box office has strippers, raunchy humor and one feel good family drama. Magic Mike, the stripper movie, stars Channing Tatum. Last night, I saw a TV ad that had a quote that said 'Magic Mike' is "like the Citizen Kane of stripper movies." Seriously? It seems that the folks at Rotten Tomatoes say it's not completely bad. But the critics with the Phoenix Film Critics Society picked Ted as their pick of the week. It's the brainchild of Seth McFarlane and it's raunchy. If you've ever watched his show Family Guy, that should be your clue. People Like Us is the feel good family drama that the president of the PFCS describes as better than he was expecting.
When will The Avengers come out on DVD? The answer is simple. September 25th folks, according to EWonline. That's right you can get your hands on the Blu-ray.
