The Chicago Blackhawks’ “What’s Your Goal” campaign continues to change lives — especially its latest honoree, Cammy.
Cammy was born unable to walk or speak, but she sure loves the Blackhawks. Her goal was to score a goal with the help of her favorite player, Duncan Keith:
