If you're new in town though and don't know where to turn you might have to interview potential sitters and one blogger's come up with 15 questions she says will help you find the sitter who's right for you.
How comfortable would you be asking a sitter or nanny what they feel a kid's role in society is? Other parents have a "gut feeling" when talking with someone if they'll work out or not with their child.
